In addition to managing and growing Haven, Yolanda works closely with her own clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. She brings her years of real estate sales and investment experience to give a range of options and scenarios to her clients. Yolanda practiced labor and employment defense law for several years prior to becoming a real estate professional, and she draws upon her legal expertise when encountering difficult scenarios during transactions. After starting her real estate career as an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Sunset Strip, Yolanda ventured out as a solo independent Broker. She started Haven with the vision of providing exceptional boutique brokerage service with a purpose, which is reflected in her three percent commission donation commitment.  ​

 

Yolanda is a graduate of Spelman College, and has a JD from Louisiana State University.
